What made you decide to get going on LinkedIn?

I started using LinkedIn as an undergraduate.

I liked the fact that there was a social media platform where professionals and intending ones could connect and share knowledge, and I was all for it.

What do you think makes your content work so well?

I think consistency, first off.

Then, giving value via the posts - people are always drawn to value.

Also, ensuring I engage with what others put out there as much as possible.

Are you involved in helping others to become more active on this platform?

Always.

I am constantly speaking to people on here and elsewhere on how important the platform is, and how to increase their visibility.

What would you say to another lawyer who's hesitant about getting active on LinkedIn?

I'll say, just do it.

Start where you are, update your LinkedIn profile and keep at it.

Stay consistent, give value.
