What it shows
We took the top 50 on each of our five lists (the main list, Indies, Leaders, GCs and Barristers), 250 people in all, and mapped every original post they wrote in Q3 2026: 10,396 posts, each in the poster's own local time.
The best post before work. Three in four of the top 250 (190 people) posted before 9am on a weekday at least once. On the main list it is 48 of the top 50. For one in five it is the habit, not the exception: most of their posts go out before 9am.
07:00 rules. It is the busiest hour on every single day of the week, Saturday and Sunday included.
And they post at weekends. Two in three (167 people) posted on a Saturday or Sunday. More than half (138) posted on a Sunday. Only a third never posted at the weekend.
Barristers keep their own hours. Their posts spread right across the day, and 42 of their top 50 posted at a weekend. Leaders are the exception: they peak an hour later, at 08:00, and 35 of their top 50 never posted at a weekend.
